Mr. Koch obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering at Brigham Young University in 1972, and his law degree at the University of Utah in 1975. While at the University of Utah he was in the top 10% of his class, and he was an associate editor of the Utah Law Review.

Mr. Koch has been happily married since 1970, and he is the father of seven children. He has worked extensively with the Boy Scouts of America and he has served a number of assignments with his church. He speaks Spanish. His peers have rated his legal skills as “high to very high,” and his ethical standards as “very high.”

As an accident lawyer serving Las Vegas, Mr. Koch has many years of experience in representing clients who have been injured in car accidents and other types of personal injury accidents. He has also assisted clients in a number of other areas of the law, including wills and probate, business disputes, contracts, and business planning. Although he has an extensive and successful record in court with a wide variety of cases as a Las Vegas personal injury attorney, he always first tries to reach a fair settlement of his clients’ cases whenever possible.
